Enter the email address associated with your booking or where you received your booking confirmation.
Enter a contact phone number where you can be reached in case of further questions regarding your booking.
Select or enter the type of booking, such as flight, accommodation, event, or holiday package.
Enter the date when you made your booking. This can be found on your confirmation email or receipt.
Enter the date when your booking is scheduled to begin, such as the start date of your event, flight, or accommodation.
Enter the date when you first became aware that you could no longer make your booking.
Enter the currency used for your booking payment, such as GBP (Pounds), USD (Dollars), or EUR (Euros).
Enter the total amount you paid for your booking, including taxes and fees, in the currency you used.
Enter the total amount you would like to be refunded. This could be different from the total booking amount in the case of a partial refund or cancellation.
